So much has changed in the last week... its been crazy!

A last minute decision to drive out to Texas. Left Thursday afternoon around 3:00, drove straight through the night and arrived at my parents house a little after 3:00pm on Friday! We surprised my parents-- and grandparents :o)

6 weeks back in Texas. So happy that someone invented Skype!

really random side note: when do you finally throw the towel in and call it quits on a friendship? How do you throw the towel in -- do you talk to the other person and let them know that if it really doesnt change that you want a "breakup"...? Jon and I got married a few weeks after I turned 19, and a few months after he turned 20 - we never really dated people and had to deal with breakups... how do you move past a broken friendship? with someone that you thought would always be there... its not possible to keep putting hope in someone and then falling so flat! How long can you hold on? How do you put the possiblities of what could be a great friendship again out of your head, and deal with the broken and hurt reality?
